The Pathway Initiative is not only dedicated to supporting our students every step of the way, from high school all the way through medical residency, but is also designed as a positive feedback loop. Students can apply and be selected at any of the three main entry points: (1) High School, (2) College, and (3) Medical School. When students complete our programs through residency, they return to their communities to provide feedback and support for new high schoolers. This end-to-end wrap-around program builds a community of dedicated and passionate individuals that support each other on their pathway to success whereby students from premedical level up can be ‘big brother’ and ‘big sister’ to those in High School etc.
