On Monday, April 7, 2026, The Pathway Initiative (TPI) officially launched its 6-week Life Sciences Spring Program, welcoming 40 high school students across two cohorts.

The program is supported by the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC) grant, alongside the City of Boston College Readiness grant, reinforcing TPI’s commitment to expanding access to quality STEM education and career pathways for young learners.

Designed to provide both flexibility and hands-on experience, the program runs on a hybrid model: two days of virtual learning combined with one in-person session each week. During the in-person sessions, students engage in practical, hands-on lab experiments at the TPI STEM Innovation Lab, gaining real-world exposure to life sciences concepts and techniques.

Through this initiative, TPI continues to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to pursue futures in science, healthcare, and related fields.
