A quality and technical professional with 48+ years of experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical health care industry. Diverse project, operations, technical, QA/QC and global regulatory experience in both small and large company environments, including non-profits. Paul developed strategies, project plans, facilities, systems and applied superior problem-solving and project implementation skills to meet business, quality and international regulatory requirements for the development and licensure of biopharmaceutical, vaccine, combination and diagnostics products.
Paul is a Past President of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) Boston Chapter and has been in the professional community as a leader and speaker at conferences and educational sessions. Paul also served as Director of the MS in Biotechnology & Management program at Mount St. Mary’s University and has acted as a Mentor in the MassBioEd Apprenticeship program. Paul has a BS degree in Chemistry/Mathematics from the University of Michigan and an MS in Clinical Chemistry from the University of Dayton.
