Serving as Director of Finance and Human Resources, Vice President at the New England Council, Balkys is responsible for the financial health, integrity and HR functions for one of the nation’s oldest regional business associations, celebrating 100 years.
Balkys holds more than two decades of professional experience and exploration from leadership roles spanning nationally recognized institutions of higher education, other various nonprofits, public municipalities, and the private sector, all ranging in scale and budgets.
She believes in the importance of service, and complements her career by lending her expertise to professional communities both local and regional, dedicated to leadership, equity, and growth.
