Summer Internship

Who This Program is For

The Paid Summer Internship is open to high school students (9th-12th), recent high school graduates, and college students who reside in the City of Boston and Massachusetts who are interested in careers in medicine, health sciences, and STEM. The internship provides students with clinical exposure, training in scientific research, and key soft skills needed for academic excellence and professional development. Ideal applicants demonstrate the ability to work well independently and in small groups, are keen to learn new skills, and are curious to enquire. Recipients must commit to full attendance and participation.

Discovering passion and capabilities for careers in health sciences, biotechnology, invention, and innovation.

Clinical and research-oriented internship helps students focus on acquiring the right extracurricular experiences needed for admission to medical school, health sciences programs, and preparation for STEM careers.

Building student confidence and critical thinking skills in a way that aligns with problem-finding and problem-solving in STEM careers.

Hands-on experience to expand student understanding of STEM course content.
