The Pathway Initiative (TPI) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Costello Medical, a global medical consulting company with offices in the United Kingdom and the United States, including a presence in Boston.
TPI leadership met with representatives of Costello Medical America following several weeks of conversations and information sharing. After careful consideration, Costello Medical selected TPI as one of only two organizations to receive its annual partnership support.
Through this partnership, Costello Medical will provide a renewing annual gift of approximately $20,000 per year to support TPI’s mission of expanding access to science and health education for underrepresented students.
This partnership reflects not only financial support but also a shared commitment to expanding opportunity in science and medicine.
“We were especially encouraged by how personally the Costello Medical team engaged with us throughout the process,” said George Earley, the Board Chair of The Pathway Initiative. “Their Managing Director took the time to learn deeply about our mission, our students, and the impact we are working to create. That level of care and attention meant a great deal to us. Partnerships like this make it possible for us to plan with confidence and expand opportunities for the young people we serve.”
For TPI, the partnership represents an important milestone. Recurring annual support provides a stronger foundation for long-term planning, allowing the organization to better predict funding while continuing to grow programs that expose students to careers in science, medicine, and health research.
As TPI continues its work to close equity gaps in science and health education, partnerships like this make it possible to expand mentorship opportunities, hands-on learning experiences, and career exposure for students who may otherwise lack access to these pathways.
