Cherose is a foundational member of the TPI Board and the Executive Committee Team. She has been actively involved with TPI since its establishment. Currently, Cherose Walker holds the position of Principal at Bridge Boston Charter School in Roxbury, MA. She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Prevention Science and Practice from Harvard University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Marketing Concentration from Suffolk University in Boston, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and African-American Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her dedication to addressing systemic inequities and promoting cultural understanding in educational settings is discernible in both her academic pursuits and personal values, which she applies across all aspects of her professional and personal endeavors.
