Program Schedule and Payment Structure
School Year Program (Fall and Spring)
- Duration: 10 weeks

(Monday–Thursday, 4 PM – 6 PM) - Compensation: $15 per hour
- In-person Clinical Internship Experience
- Maximum of 25 hours per week and 5 hours a day during the summer session
Summer Program
- Duration: 10 weeks

(Monday–Thursday, 9 AM – 1 PM) - Compensation: $15 per hour
Program Requirements
- Must be at least 14-18 years old
- Immigrant or first-generation American students, with a priority for Black, Hispanic, and/or Latinx applicants
- Financial Need: Applicants must demonstrate significant financial need (eligible for Pell Grant or Work-Study)
- Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.5
