TPI founder Dr. Lawrence B. Mensah launches first season to support underserved populations to find paths into clinical work and STEM
The Pathway Initiative (TPI), founded by Dr. Lawrence Mensah, aims to increase access to medical careers for students of color. Partnering with Boston’s SuccessLink program, TPI will offer paid internships at clinical sites and provide mentorship and tutoring support to four Boston high school students.
